Mr. DePuydt is a veteran of the electronic payments industry for more than twenty years. Prior to Apogee Payments, he was President of Newtek Merchant Solutions, as well as the sole owner of Lone Palm Consulting, LLC, an industry consulting firm.

Mr. DePuydt has served on the advisory boards of the Midwest Acquirer’s Association and First Data Corporation. Mr. DePuydt holds a BBA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, with majors in Finance and Mathematics.

Steve Hauler currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Apogee Payment System, LLC. Apogee Payment Systems provides Credit Card acceptance solutions to businesses, with a focus on Hospitals and Healthcare Systems. Apogee's goal is to provide the four things necessary in today's competitive environment: Exceptional service, tomorrow’s technology, a focus on data security, at the best possible rates.

Mr. Hauler is a veteran of the electronic payments industry for close to twenty-five years. Prior to Apogee Payments, he was the Executive Vice President of Sales at Newtek Merchant Solutions. He has also started a merchant portfolio which grew to 5,000 merchants, and created a Bank and Association program which processed over $35 million per month.
